These bowls are a fantastic size for any side dish, like broccoli and cheese, baked beans or a side salad. They could be used for cereal, fruit or ice cream. Any meal or snack would be enhanced by a handmade bowl. These bowls are a lovely pale blue green, and could also be a cheery countertop bowl for stashing keys or jewelry.

These pieces are made with white cone 5 Bmix clay on my potters wheel. A subtle spiral shape is pressed into each bowl, giving fingers a nice place to rest and making each form a bit unique. The bowls have a flat foot, pressed in as the piece was thrown.

These bowls were glazed in my transparent Robins Egg Blue glaze, with White Liner glaze on the inside and around the lip. They were fired to cone 6 in my electric kiln.

Dimensions: Approximately 5" across and 3" tall. These bowls easily hold 12 ounces or more. Please note, these are handmade objects and the measurements are not exact. Expect some subtle variation in the size or color of each piece.

Note for this specific clay and glaze combo: The depth of the blue green color will vary slightly based on the thickness of the glaze.
