This handmade wood-fired ceramic cup reveals the beautiful unpredictability of wood firing. A flowing curtain of vibrant blue, and purple move across the surface, creating a landscape of color that could never be duplicated. The cup stands 3.5" tall, and measures 3.5" across the rim. This cup holds 11 ounces when full, or it can hold about 8 ounces of hot beverage in the belly, leaving the neck cool and easy to grasp.

Details
This planter stands 4.25" tall and just over 5" wide at the lip. It's inner depth is 4", with the bottom 1" narrowed to add some height. The attached plate at the base is about 4.5" wide, and the interior of the planter is unglazed. Two drainage holes – each about the size of my fingertip – are built into the narrowed base to promote healthy drainage.
Use
Well-suited for small houseplants, herbs, or succulents. Ideal for indoor or outdoor display.
These one-of-a-kind mugs feature a slip textured surface with a fresh combination of soft robin's egg blue and bold cobalt blue. The transparent robins egg glaze lets the layers of blue slip show through, while the splattered areas add loose, spontaneous marks across the surface. The result is a mug with plenty of texture and movement, with each one developing its own unique pattern.
At about 14 ounces, this is the larger version of my textured mug with a wide, bowl-like shape that makes it especially versatile. It's a generous mug for coffee, tea, or your favorite everyday drink, but the shape also works beautifully as a small soup bowl, dessert bowl, or snack bowl. The combination of soft blue glaze, deep cobalt accents, and tactile texture makes it a colorful and distinctive piece for everyday use.

Both mugs hold 14 ounces when filled to brim.
Made from durable cone 5 B-Mix stoneware, these mugs are glazed with a transparent Robin’s Egg Blue exterior and a white Milky Gloss interior. They are microwave and dishwasher safe for easy, everyday use.
